ABOUT THE ROLE

Auto Tech Group is currently offering the opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team full time .

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be able to demonstrate:

A high standard of customer service skills.

Ability to achieve customer satisfaction and workshop targets.

A sound knowledge of the latest automotive systems.

Good communication ,presentation and organisational skills.

Option to work across multiple sites.

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicants will have the following personal attributes:

Previous service advisor experience preferred.

Prestige experience preferred but not mandatory.

Professional customer service ethic.

Passion to succeed and willing to learn.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Current driver license essential.

An excellent flexible remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidates.
