Qualifications & experience

Key qualifications include - qualified Carpenter preferred and good communication skills. previous onsite management experience, good customer relations and scheduling experience would be an advantage.

Tasks & responsibilities

Day to day tasks will include onsite supervision of all trades including leading carpenters and apprentices, scheduling trades, estimating and ordering materials, customer relations, subcontractor relations, problem solving etc. Daily communication with Project Coordinator and Office Manager will also be essential to the role.
