The Opportunity
We’re seeking expressions of interest for a hands-on, detail-driven Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site delivery of staged, multi-dwelling community projects across the state, with many projects planned to go live in 2026, and we want to ensure we have the right person trained and ready to hit the ground running when they start. You’ll plan and run programs, coordinate trades and suppliers, ensure compliance and safety, and deliver defect-free homes on time and on budget.

This role is integral to maintaining TDH’s standards of quality and service, working closely with internal teams (Construction, Estimating, Drafting, Customer Experience) and external stakeholders (developers, councils, suppliers and trades).

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain site programs, sequencing works to meet contract dates.

Supervise trades and suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and cost control.

Lead a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on all sites.

Inspect works at each stage, ensuring defects are rectified before progressing.

Provide proactive communication to clients and stakeholders, including fortnightly progress reports.

Maintain complete site documentation and compliance records.

Drive improvements in site processes, stock control, and quality outcomes.

About You
We’re seeking a leader with:

Demonstrated experience supervising multi-dwelling/staged residential builds (modular or prefab experience highly regarded).

Trade background (carpentry or similar) with a White Card; Certificate IV in Building & Construction preferred.

Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, Victorian codes, and OH&S.

Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and digital site tools (e.g., Framework, Onsite Inspect).

Current driver’s licence.
