• Manage 20-30 residential insurance repair projects valued $50k-$250k
• Supervise sites across Metro Melbourne (location flexibility - we'll work with you)
• Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and insurers
• Keep jobs on track - on time, on budget, and to high standards
• Update systems and reports to stay across project progress
• Ensure safety and compliance across every site
