We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team. This is your opportunity to work with a respected local builder that values team culture, work–life balance, and career development.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential projects. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities, managing trades, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring each home is completed on time, on budget, and to our award-winning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Interpret plans and documentation to determine material, labour, and equipment needs.

Liaise with project managers, trades, and suppliers to keep projects on track.

Maintain high standards through regular quality inspections.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Manage project schedules and resourcing efficiently.

Prepare daily site diaries and reports.

Foster a positive, solution-focused site culture.

About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role within the residential building industry.

Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction (or equivalent).

Strong technical knowledge of building methods, codes, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Current driver’s license.
