Cafe Manager required at Therapy Wellness Cafe in Eltham

Part Time or Full Time, days flexible but will be required at least 1 day over the weekend.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and mature, passionate Café Manager to lead our front-of-house team and oversee daily operations at Therapy Wellness Cafe, an exciting new venue dedicated to great coffee, fresh food, and genuine hospitality. We specialise in food that promotes healthy mind and healthy gut.

As Café Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving excellent customer experiences, and supporting a positive, motivated team culture.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and exceptional standards.

Lead, train, and motivate a small front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Manage staff rosters, stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Monitor budgets, costs, and sales performance to meet business targets.

Work closely with the Head Chef and Owners to continuously improve the menu and service experience.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.

About You

Previous experience in café or restaurant management (minimum 2 years preferred).

A hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong barista knowledge and passion for quality coffee and food.

Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure.

Able to balance customer service with business operations effectively.
