The Boardwalk Pizzeria in Caroline Springs, part of Spuntino Food Group, is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead the Team.

The Role:

Liaise with the management and staff of the restaurant to ensure provision of top-quality customer services.

Provide required training to other members of staff, both new recruits and existing staff member

Supervise all areas of restaurant and assist when needed

Answering phones and handling reservations

The Ideal Candidates Must Have:

Strong customer focus & passion for hospitality

Exceptional leadership skills

2+ years of previous Assistant Restaurant Management experience within quality establishments or Supervisor

Ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a busy environment

Excellent verbal and written communications

Knowledge of Italian cuisine (highly advantageous)

Ability to engage with the local community

Willingness to learn

Has a valid RSA

Available to work a mix of shifts including weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays on a rotating roster
