Cptn Jack's is a stunning waterfront restaurant offering relaxed-but-refined dining, share-style menus, and a vibrant cocktail program. Within our harbour-side home, we also operate The Chandlery café and Jack's Green, our outdoor lounge and events space. Together, these spaces create a diverse hospitality offering with one tight-knit team at the heart of it.

We're hiring

Barista/Cafe' Supervisor (Fri–Sat–Sun) – Part-time with the opportunity to go Full Time from December

Cocktail Bartender/Bar Supervisor – Casual/part-time, ~30 hrs/week (classic & signature builds)

FOH Supervisor – Part-time (lead a small floor team, open/close)

Assistant Manager – Part-time or full-time (support food & beverage operations)

High standards of hygiene and food safety

Preferred: 2+ years in premium a la carte/fine dining (we'll train high-potential candidates)

Required: Valid RSA (VIC)

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (minimum 6 months for supervisor roles, 1+ years for assistant manager)

Experience with cash handling, EFTPOS systems, and daily reconciliation

Must be available Thursday to Sunday (our operating days) including evenings and some public holidays
