WestAir Compressors is a wholly Australian owned and operated company which has been in the compressed air industry for over 25 years. We supply a comprehensive range of air compressors nationally to large and small businesses in the mining, manufacturing and farming industries.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Reception / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our business and provide vital support across reception & administration
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries.
Office Administration: General admin support including filing, data entry, scheduling, and ordering office supplies.
Dispatch: Book in all orders with relevant carriers.
Service Co-ordination: Using SeviceM8 to schedule servicing.
Skills & Experience
Strong computer literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office & ServiceM8
Previous office or reception experience is desirable, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Professional phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
