About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Subiaco Business Centre as an Entry Level, Junior Receptionist / Office All Rounder. Based in Subiaco, Western Australia, this full-time role will see you providing a warm and professional front-of-house experience to all visitors and clients. You will be the friendly face and voice of the company, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries with excellent customer service in a clear voice

Providing administrative support such as photocopying, filing, data entry and other general office duties

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with other duties as required to support the broader team

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Competent in using standard office equipment and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as required
