We’re on the lookout for someone cheerful, enthusiastic, and ready to learn the ropes of a busy reception and office support role. If you’ve got a “can-do” attitude and a knack for making people feel welcome, you could be just who we need.

What We’d Love You to Bring

Ideally, you’ll have:

1 year of experience in reception, office admin, or basic accounts

The ability to juggle tasks without dropping the ball (or the stapler)

Strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail

Must-haves:

A driver’s licence and a reliable car (for those “oops, we forgot milk” moments)

Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite

A warm smile and a bubbly, welcoming personality

A friendly, professional phone manner

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

An energetic, organised approach that keeps you (and us) on track

Being the friendly first face (and voice) of the business

Answering calls and greeting customers with a smile

Helping out with accounts, including EFT payments

Supporting office and event coordination (yes, we do fun stuff too)

General admin magic and lending a hand to the whole team
