The Role

Be the vital link between customers and our solar specialists.
You’ll confirm pre-booked appointments and receive hot ready to book leads, ensure every client is ready for their consultation, and keep our calendars accurate so every day runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers 24+ hours before their appointment to confirm details

Follow a clear script, handle objections and build excitement for the visit

Rebook efficiently when required and maintain accurate schedules

Manage emails and SMS replies, ensuring power bills and documents are attached

Work closely with sales specialists to maximise productive days

What We’re Looking For

Confident phone manner and strong written communication

Proven scheduling or customer service experience (contact centre or bookings ideal)

Sharp attention to detail and solid CRM skills

Ability to stay organised under pressure

Burleigh Heads office, onsite only role - not remote
Standard weekday roster Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
