About the role

Stag Electrical Solar and Refrigeration Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic national team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our highly skilled sales representatives. What you'll be doing

Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email or other communication channels to discuss our products and services

Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a successful sales appointment

Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and appointment details

Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

Contribute to the overall sales strategy and assist with special projects as needed

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a similar appointment-setting or lead generation role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively

Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently

Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools

A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets

Knowledge of the electrical, solar or refrigeration industry is preferred but not essential
