About the Role:
As a Mechanical Bull Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and smooth operation of our popular mechanical bull at various events across Sydney, including Saturday nights and some Friday nights. You’ll be ensuring our riders have an unforgettable experience while prioritizing safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the mechanical bull and ensure its safe use

Engage and entertain event attendees with friendly and energetic interaction

Monitor and adjust the bull’s settings for different skill levels

Ensure the equipment is set up and packed away properly

Follow all safety protocols and ensure the safety of participants at all times

Provide excellent customer service to event organizers and guests

Requirements:

Previous experience in event operations or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Availability to work Saturday nights with some Friday nights required

A passion for providing fun and memorable experiences
