We are looking for in-field bike mechanics to maintain our fleet of electric bikes! This role is ideal for bike mechanics that want to broaden and build their career experience in a highly flexible position. Teamwork is at the heart of our operation, as mechanics work together to identify critical parts of our product lines that can be improved and ensure the safe working condition of our fleet.

Please note: This role is field-based and requires daily bike riding and working outdoors.

Locations: St Peters, Sydney

Start date: ASAP

Hours: 7am-3pm

Days: Initially Monday-Friday (subject to change)

Pay rate: $32.31p/h + super

What you’ll do:

Perform brake adjustments, tire inflations, and other basic maintenance on e-bikes

Perform a variety of repairs, from basic maintenance to complex electronic parts replacement.

Report bikes that cannot be fixed in the field for retrieval so they can be returned to the warehouse for further repair.

Receive training at the warehouse and use provided tools to perform your duties.

Safely operate bicycles. This role involves traveling by bike and working outdoors, in all weather conditions (rain or shine, unless unsafe).

Ensure operational compliance and safety standards for all e-bikes.

Identify issues and find practical or creative solutions to maximize the number of operational vehicles.

Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse when required.

Be comfortable using smartphones/apps (e.g., Supply App, messaging).

About you:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred).

Some experience as a mechanic in the automotive, transportation, or bike industry highly preferred.

Ability to lift up to 30kg frequently.

Ability to operate a mobile device, including knowledge of in-app workflows; iOS experience preferred.

Good communicator with the ability to read and follow instructions, and communicate clearly within a team environment.

Eagerness to learn, a great attitude, and a natural ability to work well with others—teamwork is key to success!
