About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Batch maker/Machine Operator to join a leading, Australian-owned food manufacturing company based in Villawood. We are seeking a reliable and skilled operator for an ongoing morning shift role that offers stability and the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Sanitization (e.g., basic procedures/steps, GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES in a food plant, identifying risks)

Working with high-speed production lines (e.g., high output, high performance equipment, fast paced production environment, etc.)

Reading schedules (e.g., products being produced, understanding production requirements, production planning, managing changeovers, etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Batchmaker/Machine Operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

With a Valid Forklift license

Essential: Industry experience within an FMCG environment, with prior knowledge of operating production lines.

A strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Full-time availability

Can attend a site tour and interview before commencement.

Excellent Pay Rate: $37.26 per hour + Superannuation.

Great Hours: Stable Monday to Thursday | Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM - Long rest, and weekend!
