The Role

Own a portfolio of Tier 1 and 2 A&D firms and end users across VIC

Win and defend specifications through tender to install

Prospect new projects and build a healthy, accurate pipeline

Present to architects and designers in studio and on site

Guide contractors through sampling, value management and switch-outs

Maintain clean CRM data and report market and competitor insights

The Person

External sales success in interiors or aligned building products

Experience selling to architects, designers, developers and end users

Proven record winning and retaining project specs

Strong planning, presentation and negotiation skills

Self-led and organised with a hunter mindset

Open to candidates from flooring, decorative surfaces and related categories
