What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience managing a residential portfolio is a must

· Strong people skills and a proactive attitude

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Ability to work well within a team and independently

· Agent’s Rep Certificate (or equivalent), car and licence

· 3 years plus in the industry managing your own portfolio end to end
