The Position

• Prospecting for new business
• Converting leads from the sales division
• Running marketing campaigns
• Working closely with the property management team to hand over new business
• Database management
• Meeting & achieving KPI targets
• Strategy planning with senior management

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Property Manager or Business Development, Manager within the real estate sector
• Candidates from a sales background within property development will also be highly regarded
• Current drivers license - company car provided
• Hunger & drive to meet & over-achieve budgets/KPI's
