The Opportunity:
- Lead operations across Construction, Scheduling, Estimating, Administration, as well as Drafting and Design Departments
- Monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure targets for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery are consistently met or exceeded
- Implement and optimise construction principles to improve processes
- Develop, review, and implement operational strategies, policies, procedures, and systems for continuous improvement
- Assist with budgets by ensuring financial outcomes are tracked and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Helping deliver proactive solutions for client issues
- Assist the Managing Director as required

About You:

- 3+ years of experience working as an Operations Manager for a Residential Builder
- Experience in Custom and Project home builds
- Experienced Administration Managers working for a residential builder considered
- Candidates with strong, long-term residential leadership experience seeking career advancement considered
- Forward thinker with a passion for growth and development
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate
- Passionate about people, culture and creating a great place to work
