About Balanced Synergy Physiotherapy Centre

Established in 1984, BSPC is a community-focused multidisciplinary clinic offering physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage, and clinical Pilates. With a loyal and regular client base, we pride ourselves on providing professional, friendly, and patient-centred care.

We’re looking for an organised and personable Practice Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the clinic and support our team of practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline the administrative and operational flow of the clinic

Manage reception duties, including patient enquiries, scheduling, and payments

Handle staff scheduling and practitioner rosters

Liaise with TAC, WorkCover, and private health funds for payments and approvals

Process Medicare and HICAPS claims accurately and efficiently

Maintain accurate patient records using Cliniko

Support practitioners across all disciplines, including clinical Pilates scheduling

Assist with clinic reporting, stock management, and general administration

About You

1–2 years’ experience in medical administration or practice management (allied health experience preferred)

Experience with Cliniko or similar practice management software (advantageous but not essential)

Knowledge of Medicare, HICAPS, TAC, WorkCover, and private health fund billing

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, including staff scheduling

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Self-starter with initiative and a commitment to high-quality service

Must have Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa)
