Essential construction industry experience is required for this role.

A Bachelor degree is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional media.

Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, presentations, and promotional materials.

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI.

Collaborate with sales, product development, and other internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and Australian consumer laws.
