Nebula Electrical is expanding our Construction and High Voltage Division, and we're seeking a confident, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.
You'll build trusted relationships with clients across the utilities, construction, and industrial sectors — identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and securing projects that make an impact.
This role suits someone who's personable, professional, and commercially sharp — a natural communicator who takes pride in delivering results with integrity and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and consultants.
Manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Work closely with operations and estimating teams to deliver accurate pricing.
Represent Nebula Electricals at meetings, industry functions, and client events.
Maintain CRM data and track pipeline performance.
What You'll Bring
Proven success in business development or sales within the electrical, HV, or infrastructure sector.
Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in the electrical, HV, or infrastructure sector.
Confident communicator — equally comfortable on-site or in the boardroom.
Technical understanding of electrical, HV, or construction systems (advantageous).
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, accountable, and results-focused.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel for client engagement.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Good to Haves
Background as an Electrician, Estimator, or Project Manager.
Exposure to HV distribution, renewables, or industrial projects.
Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Established client network across utilities or major contractors.
