Business Development Manager – Hospitality Division
Location: Work from Home / Metro Melbourne Based (Mon–Thu in market, Fri Head Office)
Salary: Competitive base salary + Super - $80,000- $95000 + Super + Car allowance ($10,000 per year) + Tools of trade: business cards, laptop, mobile phone, CRM (HubSpot)
Our client is on a strong growth trajectory — with a clear plan to expand their footprint in the hospitality sector. They are seeking a Business Development Manager who is passionate about hospitality and hungry to grow their career in sales. This role is not about maintaining accounts — it’s about structured growth, new contacts, and building a live pipeline that delivers measurable results.
The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager, you will:
Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Top 20 hospitality accounts, driving a 30% uplift through new products, upselling, new contacts and deeper engagement.
Build new relationships within existing accounts by identifying fresh contacts and referral pathways.
From Month 4, commence structured new business development to COLD POSPECTS to grow market share, with a clear pipeline plan and conversion focus.
Execute a disciplined activity plan: 5 face-to-face visits per day (Mon–Thu) with Friday reserved for planning, proposals, and KPI review at the Head Office in CARINGBAH
Apply a structured selling approach: conduct DISCOVERY meetings and follow through with tailored proposals.
Report daily on activity, outcomes, and next steps to ensure accountability and momentum.

Strong relationships across both Food & Beverage and Housekeeping decision-makers.
Growth delivered through a balance of account management, upselling, and new client acquisition.
Discipline in daily activity, proposals, and follow-up, creating measurable sales momentum.
