About the Role

At Gowrie, we are passionate about getting the right people onboard who will help us to achieve our purpose to champion excellence in early childhood education and care. Our People & Culture team provide advice and support to the organisation across the employee lifecycle, upholding our positive and professional culture.

We’re looking for an organised and collaborative P&C Coordinator to join the team, supporting a busy period as we prepare the organisation for 2026. They will provide high quality, efficient administrative services to ensure we recruit and onboard people with the talent, skills and values-fit for Gowrie. This role is full time for four months, with some travel required between our services.

About you

You'll bring your skills in recruitment and aptitude for working in HR systems to work efficiently during a busy period. As an organised and proactive administrator, you'll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to meet targets and deadlines, ensuring good records are kept along the way. This role supports a friendly and experienced team and would suit an early career professional who is willing to jump into a wide range of P&C tasks.
