Graze Restaurant at the Willow Tree Inn currently has employment opportunities available for qualified and experienced Chef/Cook to join our team.

Successful Candidates will display the following attributes:

Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

Formal qualifications and experience in comparable commercial kitchen operations

Friendly, highly motivated with a passion for cooking

Job Duties:

Preparation and cooking of a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner menu

Ensuring quality of food preparations

Ordering

Menu planning and costing

Rostering

Maintaining high OHS standards

A practical knowledge of grill station operation will be advantageous along with a passion for delivering consistent quality food through a seasonal menu of regional ingredients.

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience

Education: Cert III or higher depending on role or without formal qualification, at least 3 years fulltime experience

Location: Willow Tree (Regional NSW)
