The Bellingen Golf Club is getting a fresh start — and we're looking for passionate chefs and cooks to be part of its next chapter.

Currently closed and undergoing a thoughtful revival, the club is being brought back to life by the team behind The Eltham Hotel — known for great food, warm hospitality, and strong community roots. We're building something special in Bellingen, and food will be at the heart of it.

About the Roles:

We’re looking to fill both Full Time and Casual chef/cook positions. Whether you’re a seasoned head chef or a rising kitchen talent, this is a rare opportunity to help shape the direction of a beloved local venue from the ground up.

About You:

* Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred)

* Ready to work a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
* Committed to quality and a great customer experience
* Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain
