The Role

Luckies Kitchen has just turned three years old and we are looking to expand in the coming months. We are looking for a talented head chef to join our team and take the reins at our East Asian inspired restaurant in Bulimba.

This role could suit a seasoned head chef or an up and coming sous chef looking for the next step and willingness to work in a multi venue role.

The Restaurant

We are built for locals in the heart of Bulimba's Oxford Street. Playful East Asian inspired food with a side of good fortune, we have engaged some top talent to create an amazing and fun menu, alongside a tight and approachable beverage menu with local wines, beers and a cocktail list curated by one of Australia's top bar tenders. We are 75 seat venue including high bar top seating and al fresco dining. Our open kitchen adds excitement to our team and guests. And our buoyant fit out screams “fun”.

Have previous senior chef roles

Worked with asian inspired cuisine

Understanding of food safety compliance

Work well in a team, and support other team members

Multi tasking and hands on

Execute our menu to perfection

Creative flair and ability to put your own mark on our menu
