Common Law Contract - Salary from $155,000 per annum (depending on experience) + 13% Superannuation
3-5 Year Fixed-Term Contract
The Role
We're seeking a confident and technically skilled Manager Infrastructure Projects & Assets to lead the delivery of the Town's infrastructure projects, asset management, and capital works program.
Key responsibilities
Leading the Projects Design & Delivery Team and managing the Town's capital works program.
- Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Driving the implementation of the Town's Asset Management System in line with ISO55000 and State Government guidelines.
- Providing expert advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Council.
- Ensuring WHS compliance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in public sector infrastructure delivery and asset management.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Technology One ERP and project management frameworks.
- A commitment to service excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Work Related Requirements
Degree Qualification in construction/project management/business or similar
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class driver's license
- The rights to work in Australia
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening)
