What You’ll Do

Oversee projects end-to-end from measurements to handover

Lead and motivate site teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec

Act as the key contact for contractors, installers, and clients

Ensure installs are safe, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards

Conduct weekly inspections, manage defects, and drive continuous improvement

Champion a safety-first, innovation-driven culture on site

About You

You’re not just a manager you’re a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Trade qualified (Cabinet Maker / Joiner or similar)

Proven supervisory experience in joinery, cabinetry, or fit-out

Organised, proactive, and excellent under pressure

Tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt smarter tools & systems

Strong communicator confident with clients, stakeholders, and teams

Motivated, team-driven, and passionate about building things that last
