My client is a long-standing commercial builder with many decades of experience operating in the WA market and a busy pipeline of confirmed projects. Specialising on unique and interesting projects in the commercial, education, and hospitality sector.

Due to some success in recent tenders, Fetch has been engaged to assist in searching for an experienced Site Manager who has demonstrated the ability to run a double storey $10m construction site from inception to handover.

Position Perks

• $150k to $160k + Super depending on previous experience.
• Monday to Friday program, little weekends required
• Family friendly hours 7am – 4pm.

• Excellent relationships with architects and clients

Role Requirements

• Carpenter/Joiner trade qualification essential.
• Experience running WA commercial construction sites over $10m from inception through to handover.
• Solid understanding of Australian building practises and regulations.
• Proven Health & Safety record and current First Aid training.
• Police check validity within 6 months.
• Must live within 1 hour drive of Northam.
• Keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to effectively liaise with consultants, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
• Proven experience driving sub-contractor performance on site to achieve project deadlines.
• Australian Permanent Residents only.
