About the Role
As a Customer Service & Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, quotes, and assistance to ensure they receive the best possible experience. You’ll have full autonomy to manage your own day, balancing responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive communication. This is not a role where you’ll be micromanaged — it’s one for someone who loves taking ownership.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product and technical guidance (full training provided)
- Prepare and send quotes and invoices
- Support general office administration and coordination tasks
About You
- 3+ years in customer service, administration, or operations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and dependable
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- A genuine team player who helps out where needed
- Interest in construction, design, or technical environments (advantageous)
