About the Opportunity

Humero are currently seeking an experienced Operations & Systems Coordinator to join a leading organisation within the agricultural services sector. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Brisbane’s CBD, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and processes. You’ll coordinate system governance, register management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and optimisation of key operational systems.
• Manage system and access governance, including onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain core business registers and ensure accurate documentation and version control.
• Support compliance by coordinating audits and updating policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Liaise across departments to support system use, access, and integration.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
• Strong IT literacy and systems coordination experience.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, analytical, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Experience in project coordination or process improvement highly regarded.
