About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Payroll & Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on-site at our office.
This role involves end-to-end payroll processing, invoicing for services, and managing accounts receivable — ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.
You'll work closely with our administration teams, managing payroll for staff under both the Health Services Award and the SCHADS Award, while maintaining accurate billing and reporting using ShiftCare, PayCat, and Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end payroll processing for staff under the Health Services Award and SCHADS Award
Preparing and sending invoices for services provided
Managing accounts receivable and reconciling NDIS payments
Using PayCat for award interpretation and pay rate compliance
Processing timesheets, shifts, and billing through ShiftCare
Managing payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations in Xero
Preparing ABA files for payroll and supplier payments
Overseeing superannuation, PAYG, and leave reporting
Supporting management with financial insights and compliance reports
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and/or accounts roles
Essential: Proficient in Xero, PayCat, and ShiftCare
Strong knowledge of SCHADS and Health Services Awards
Experience preparing and issuing invoices for client services
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills
Must be able to work on-site (not a remote role)
