Our client is a well-established and leading provider of prestige construction equipment, with 2000+ employees and are in operation in every state across Australia!

This position will initially be covering for someone who is going on maternity leave shortly and will provide a strong handover. Our client provides extensive training and development opportunities, offering frequent pay rises, job promotions and upskilling opportunities.

What will I be responsible for?

• Recruitment of various blue and white-collar roles across Australia.
• Ensuring compliance is completed for all onboarding candidates.
• Booking medicals and organising any candidate upskilling.
• Liaising with agencies on various candidates and following up with relevant departments.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

How can I be successful?

• Recruitment experience with both white- and blue-collar roles.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Advanced computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Drivers licence and reliable transport to and from work.
• Full Australian working rights.
