Western Work Force are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our clients Head Office team based in Kewdale, WA.

The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering professional and engaging recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue and white-collar roles, including advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating offers, coordinating pre-employment checks, and onboarding new hires
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards, social media channels, and industry platforms
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners
• Manage agency relationships to ensure alignment with business goals and hiring timelines
• Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and networking events to promote our brand and opportunities
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives and team projects as required

Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Recruitment Coordinator or Talent Acquisition role
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines efficiently
• Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating modern recruitment systems or HRIS platforms
