THE ROLE
Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn individual to join our Mining Team based in Welshpool. All onsite support training will be provided to develop you into a high-volume blue collar recruiter within our small knit team.

Reporting to the Contract Support Superintendent, your primary focus will be to learn, manage candidate talent pools, learn step to step recruitment processes and systems. This role will suit an individual who is self-motivated, passionate and can work autonomously.

• Motivated, Passionate and Have Good Initiative
• Strong Computer Skills
• Competent in MS Office
• Ongoing Work History
• Desire to Learn and Ask Questions
• Excellent Communication Skills
