EIR is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Adelaide team for an immediate start. We are currently planning a strong growth period! EIR Group has been providing superior temporary workforce solutions across Australia since 2003 within predominantly the Blue Collar sector. This role in Adelaide works in the Construction and Civil sectors of our business.

This role will be fast-paced and will suit someone with a driven attitude that is preferably used to high-volume recruitment, perhaps with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The successful individual will be required to work alongside experienced colleagues but can also work autonomously, as this will help enable you to develop your skills and progress.

The role in a nutshell:

Identifying, screening and interviewing suitable candidates

Recruitment – Placing ads, managing recruitment checklists

Presenting candidates to clients

Writing job advertisements and advertising online across various platforms

Conducting reference checks

Placing candidates into ad-hoc and ongoing assignments with our large client base

Post-candidate support

Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

Database management and compliance

Management and adherence to work health and safety

What we are looking for:

Ability to establish strong working relationships with candidates and clients

Experience in Blue Collar labour hire or recruitment is definitely preferred

Passionate, results-driven and eager for growth

Very strong attention to detail and a good memory

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a growing team

Driver’s licence and vehicle, as travel may be required for site visits

Someone who is super organised and can multitask

Someone that cares about our workers and customers

Someone that is super confident with customers

Someone that is lightning quick on a computer

Someone that has high energy and takes responsibility for their work
