About the Role
As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll assist the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, helping prepare high-quality food while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. You’ll play an active role in menu preparation, stock management, and team support, all while honing your skills and building your career.

What We’re Looking For

A team player ready to grow within a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen

Experience in pubs, sporting bars, pizza kitchens, or café environments is highly desirable

Strong work ethic, creativity, and a passion for food
