We specialise in sourcing skilled workers across the mining, construction, manufacturing, and civil sectors. About Us:

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multi skill operators, tradesman, and mining roles (e.g. boilermakers, welders, mobile and fixed plant operators)
• Write and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
• Conduct compliance checks and onboard successful applicants
• Liaise with site managers and HR to meet workforce requirements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled workers for shutdowns, projects and on-going local clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Proven success in blue-collar recruitment, ideally within mining or heavy industrial sectors
• Experience in internal or corporate recruitment environments (desirable)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements for trades and mining roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (overseas qualifications accepted) - highly desirable
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required due to increasing Spanish-speaking workforce) -highly desirable
