The role
We’re looking for a passionate Sommelier / Wine Waiter to join our vibrant front-of-house team. This is a hands-on floor role for someone who loves sharing their knowledge, driving sales, and creating memorable guest experiences.

You will:

Take ownership of our curated wine list of up to 120 wines, maintaining balance, quality, and variety

Deliver exceptional service and wine experiences across all sections of the restaurant

Actively engage with guests to recommend and upsell wines by the glass and bottle

Manage ordering, stock control, and monthly inventory

Contribute to staff wine training and tastings, sharing your knowledge with the broader team

What you’ll bring

Previous experience in a similar role within a quality restaurant or wine-focused venue

A passion for wine, hospitality, and sales — you thrive on creating memorable dining experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests

WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) preferred, but we’re happy to provide WSET Level 2 and 3 for the right person

A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a professional, supportive team
