The Role:
As Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of both the wine store and bar. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across retail and bar service

Deliver premium customer service and wine advice

Support and mentor team members during shifts

Assist with stock management, ordering, and merchandising

Open and close the venue as required

Ensure compliance with RSA and all licensing regulations

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues proactively

About You:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for wine, with WSET training or equivalent knowledge (preferred but not essential)

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality or retail

RSA certification (essential)

Professional, reliable, and hands-on approach

Available for evening and weekend shifts as required
