💼 The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable across multiple entities. This full-time, office-based role is located at our vibrant South Melbourne HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payables: import, enter, reconcile, and pay creditors

Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams

Work across multiple systems (we use Qdos and Reckon)

Reconcile supplier accounts and payment channels

Maintain finance inboxes and assist with admin tasks

Collaborate across departments and report to the Finance Manager

🙌 About You

You’re a reconciliation wizard with a knack for problem-solving and a love for getting things right.

You’ll thrive if you:

Have solid experience in a hands-on bookkeeping role

Understand accounting principles and practices

Are meticulous with detail and efficient with time

Can juggle multiple systems and understand how they integrate

Have intermediate Excel skills and a hunger to learn

Bring a positive attitude, flexibility, and strong organisation

Bonus: Experience in retail or hospitality
