We’re looking for a passionate and motivated leader to join us in running Beatbox Kitchen — leading a dedicated crew and driving the Beatbox experience to the next level. You’ll be hands-on at festivals, catering events, and parties across Victoria, serving up great food, maintaining high standards, and ensuring every service runs smoothly.

No two days are the same — music festival one day and a casual wedding the next. If you love fast-paced service, great food, and leading a fun, hardworking crew, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience running a grill or kitchen section

Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with guests and making every customer interaction positive.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S compliance.

Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality food.

Calm and professional attitude under pressure.

A driver’s licence (manual or auto).

Live within 5–10 km of Brunswick.

Have event or catering experience.
