Amatrice Rooftop Restaurant is a slick Italian restaurant with city skyline views. The restaurant boasts some of Melbourne’s best views across the MCG to the CBD, with a glasshouse conservatory for all-season dining.

About us

Amatrice is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs – Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado and Robata - 1 Hat) and Alex Brawn (Good Food Guide-listed sea-side diner Sebastian). Amatrice is the first in a planned group of Mediterranean venues by the duo.

About the role

With growth comes exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced hospitality leader to help oversee the front of house operations of this landmark new rooftop restaurant. Working closely with the Venue Manager to deliver an experience worthy of consideration amongst Melbourne’s most renowned hospitality venues.

We are searching for the best - a leader with the vision and skills to drive the business, provide training and development for the FOH team, and to lead the experience for our guests. The key to success is a strategic long-term approach to recruitment, training and leadership.
