About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Clinic Manager who thrives on motivating others, creating structure, and leading a high-performing team to success.

This position is based primarily out of the treatment room, allowing you to focus on leadership, client experience, and operational performance. However, to truly lead your team, you must be committed to learning and understanding all of our treatments and technologies — from skin rejuvenation to laser and advanced modalities — so you can confidently guide and support your therapists and clients.

You’ll lead with a can-do attitude, solution-focused mindset, and positive energy that inspires those around you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate skin and laser professionals

Build and nurture a positive, motivated, and achievement-driven culture

Learn and understand all treatments offered to lead confidently

Manage daily operations, rosters, and front-of-house excellence

Achieve and exceed clinic sales, team performance, and client satisfaction targets

Oversee stock, reporting, and presentation standards

Collaborate closely with Head Office to execute strategy and support business growth

Foster accountability, professional development, and team success

About You

You’re a natural leader with warmth, professionalism, and strong emotional intelligence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring calm under pressure, and have a genuine passion for empowering others to grow.

You will have:

Minimum 3 years full-time management and leadership experience in a clinic environment

Strong understanding of advanced skin and laser treatments

Commitment to learning all treatment protocols to lead your team with confidence

A can-do, positive, and solution-focused attitude

Proven ability to inspire and grow a team while achieving results

Excellent organisation, communication, and business acumen
