1 - 3+ years PAE solicitor to join a boutique commercial and insurance litigation firm in Brisbane. As the role will enable the right candidate to work remotely under the supervision of the firm's Queensland director, interstate candidates are welcome to apply.

The position requires an enthusiastic junior solicitor who is motivated to work from a home office for the firm's predominantly financial services clients throughout Australia. The firm members also conduct regular videoconferencing and attend industry and social events together throughout the year.

Experience with the LEAP document management program and drafting Court documentation would be an advantage but are not essential.

You will be responsible for the direct supervision of a manageable file load while gaining additional experience while assisting the firm's director manage some larger and more complex litigations.

The right candidate will also be afforded the opportunity to have direct contact with the firm's client base to manage part of the firm's client portfolio while also developing their own professional relationship network.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and the role is available from 1 November 2025.
