What you’ll be doing

Manage a diverse caseload with confidence and independence

Appear in State and Federal Courts, both with and without Counsel

Provide strategic, commercially minded advice to clients

Mentor junior solicitors and contribute to a high-performing culture

Play a senior role in strengthening client relationships and firm capability

About You

Minimum of five years post-admission experience in Queensland (will consider 4 years if the experience fits)

Current unrestricted practising certificate

Solid experience in Litigation and Commercial Law, with broader practice experience in Family, Criminal or Succession Law an advantage

Commercial mindset with strong client and team relationship skills

Leadership qualities and the drive to contribute at a senior level
