We are searching for an experienced Project Manager you can deliver civil urban and TMR project around the Brisbane region. Packages will be generally valued between $5M - $20M. While liaising with the client you will also be in charge of supervising sub contractors. We are searching for a Project Manager with a tertiary education, a steady work history going up through the ranks, on site delivering projects that consist of: bulk earthworks, roadworks, urban development and bridge works, to TMR standards.

While reporting to the Operations Manager and supervising Foremen and Engineers your role will include:

• Planning & programming
• Review of contract documentation
• Monitoring costs against budget
• Managing engineers & site staff

This role will suit a hard-working industry professional with extensive civil construction project experience on small to medium scale projects. Local experience and contacts need to accompany superior communication and time management skills. The successful applicant will be commercially astute and have tertiary qualifications in civil engineering.
