Collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and site teams, you will apply project management best practices to meet defined scopes, timelines, and budgets, while adhering to all relevant regulations and stakeholder expectations. Your efforts will consistently drive successful outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, workshop, logistics, and site delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of customised solutions.

Risk and Issue Management:

Identify and mitigate risks proactively, addressing issues to maintain project momentum.

Track progress against project milestones and proactively manage scope changes, risks, and issues.

Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

Facilitate open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Deliver regular project updates and detailed status reports to both the client and internal stakeholders.

Main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate regular internal and client-facing meetings to report progress, resolve issues, and manage expectations.

Financial Management:

Manage budgets for projects, monitoring financial performance to ensure alignment with objectives.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold company quality standards and address non-conformances swiftly.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate project outcomes to identify improvement areas and enhance PMO best practices.

Site Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate activities across the project sites where required, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.

Project Delivery & Close-Out:

Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering-to-order projects from project handover through to client acceptance and close-out.

Lead project close-out activities including documentation, client handover, lessons learned, and financial closure.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or construction, or delivering engineering based or custom build projects.
